Responsibilities include item prep, cooking to guest order, proper food handling, and maintaining equipment and station cleanliness on shift, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as Cook in a high-volume setting.
• Understanding of kitchen sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic food prep techniques.
• Familiar with weights, measures and recipe yield.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and team members.
• Maintains current information on food items, preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Prepares items per order including breakfast, entrees and desserts.
• Uses proper cooking methods and handles food safely.
• Carves meats and portions food with gravies/sauces as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and surrounding areas.
• Maintains par levels and reorders supplies from stock.
• Operates and maintains equipment per safety standards.
• Delivers personalized service and uses guests' names when possible.
• Knows casino events and directions to casino areas.
