Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Line Cook 2 in Montgomery, Texas to prepare and cook food to the hotel’s standards. You will work under the Executive Chef, handling breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include menu knowledge, mise en place, station operation, and maintaining sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A Safe Serve card is required and shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to hotel standards and quality.
• Maintain pantry items, prep, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and design standards; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operate station efficiently; manage guest orders in a friendly, timely manner.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; comply with dress code and safety policies.
