Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Montgomery, TX is seeking a Line Cook 3 to prepare and cook foods per hotel standards. You will assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service under the supervision of the Executive Chef.

The role requires knowledge of menu items, safe food handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and cleanliness. Safe Serve certification is preferred and a flexible schedule is often required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cooking metrics and conversion methods for cooking measurements.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Responsibilities

• Is knowledgeable of all menu items on scheduled shift (am/pm).
• Prepares all ingredients for the shift before service begins.
• Operates station in an efficient, safe manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
