Stonebridge in Montgomery, TX is seeking a Line Cook 3 to prepare and cook food to hotel standards. You will work under the Executive Chef, assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service, and maintain high quality with attention to recipes and safety.

The role requires a Safety/food handler certification and ability to work in a busy kitchen, with long hours and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Safe Serve/ Food Handler's Card required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good verbal and written instructions following.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and cook according to designated recipes.
• Operate station safely and efficiently in a high tempo environment.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
• Handle guest orders in a timely and friendly manner.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
