Qualifications

• Experience as Line Cook/Prep Cook in high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary techniques and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to work fast in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards for consistency.
• Read food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Execute menu items with proper technique and timing.
• Assist with daily prep, stocking ingredients, and kitchen setup.
• Keep storage and production areas organized and maintained.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen.
• Take direction from Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism.
