Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for the shift and ensure readiness.
• Operate cooking station safely and efficiently, following hotel standards.
• Follow recipes and quality standards for all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation standards at all times.
• Produce high-quality food focusing on pantry items, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly and timely manner.
• Inspect food visually before sending from the kitchen.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and store all food properly.
