Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Montgomery, TX is seeking a Line Cook 3 to prepare and cook food according to hotel standards. You will assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and room service under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

The role requires knowledge of menu items on shift, safe food handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card required.
• Proven ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for the shift and maintain station readiness.
• Cook and plate menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service as needed.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and ensure equipment is properly stored.
