Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Banquet Cook to prepare and cook food meeting the hotel’s standards. You will work under the Executive Chef, assisting with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service in a high‑pace kitchen.

Responsibilities include station control, recipe compliance, proper food handling, and maintaining cleanliness. Requires Safe Serve/Card and ability to work long hours in a hot kitchen; competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college/technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for shifts and set up stations.
• Operate station efficiently and follow recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain sanitation and follow food safety protocols.
• Manage guest orders and ensure timely, friendly service.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and keep workspace stocked.
