Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to spec, maintain a clean station, and work with the service team to deliver timely, high‑quality dishes.

Must have at least 6 months line cook/prep experience and be 18+. Certification in Food Handlers is required where applicable. The role offers a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months line cook or prep cook experience.
• Must be 18+ and have Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Uphold uniform standards and guest experience.
• Able to work under pressure and communicate with team.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and reducing ticket errors.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure accurate, fresh, timely meals.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before, during and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
