Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment seeks a Line Cook to prepare high-quality menu items, follow recipes, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. You will work with the service team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered fresh, while minimizing waste and upholding cleanliness.

You must have at least 6 months of line or prep cook experience, be 18+ with applicable Food Handlers Certification, and be ready to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• Must be 18+ years old; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Comply with uniform standards.
• Able to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is essential; good communication with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and vigilant ticket checks.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
• Follow health department procedures and use equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
