Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook who is passionate about ingredients, food quality, and guest experience. You will prep and cook items per recipes, maintain safety standards, and work with the service team to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.

The role requires 6+ months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, 18+ years old with Food Handlers Certification, and strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Must be 18+ and have Food Handlers Certification where required.
• Adhere to uniform standards and guest experience.
• Capable of working under pressure with attention to detail.
• Able to communicate with management, team, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Minimize waste by proper portioning and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a stocked work area.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned.
