Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and maintain a clean, safe kitchen. You will work closely with the service team to ensure timely, high-quality dishes and uphold all food safety procedures.

The role requires at least 6 months of line cook experience, 18+ years old with a Food Handlers Certification, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Min 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years old and Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Able to follow uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook all menu items per recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the station at all times.
• Portion food accurately to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure timely, accurate dishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow safety protocols.
• Open, mid-shift or close duties as assigned.
