Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to uphold safety and food quality standards while preparing and cooking menu items. You will work with the Service Team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, following all health and safety procedures, and maintaining a clean station throughout your shift.

Applicants should have 6 months of line cook/prep cook experience, a guest-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience
• Guest focused mindset and teamwork required
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, team, and guests
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Prepping and cooking menu items according to recipes
• Working with Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely
• Adhering to food safety procedures
• Operating kitchen equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
