Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items per recipes, uphold safety standards and work closely with the Service Team to ensure timely delivery. You’ll maintain a clean workstation, operate kitchen equipment safely, and perform opening, mid-day or closing duties, while delivering consistent guest experiences and upholding quality standards across all dishes.

Applicants should have at least 6 months’ Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, be 18+, hold a Food Handlers

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Work with Service Team to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
• Adhere to all company and health department food safety procedures.
