Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is looking for a Line Cook dedicated to delivering delicious, chef-inspired meals and a memorable guest experience. You will prep, cook, and plate items per recipes while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will collaborate with the service team to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of line cook experience, can work under pressure, and are available for days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 18+ years old; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely.
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures.
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
