Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintaining safety and sanitation standards and collaborating with the service team to ensure timely delivery to guests.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, are 18+ with food handler certification, and can work days/nights/weekends. Benefits include meal discounts and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with Service Team to ensure food is accurate and timely.
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
