Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to uphold safety and quality while preparing menu items to spec. You’ll work closely with the Service Team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly, and you’ll maintain a pristine, well-stocked station throughout your shift.

We value a guest-focused mindset, teamwork, and reliability. The role includes opening/closing duties and participation in safety procedures, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic entertainment-focused kitchen.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely.
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures.
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
