Main Event Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Line Cook who takes pride in delivering guest-ready meals. You will prep and cook menu items per recipes, uphold safety standards, and partner with the Service Team to ensure accurate, timely dishes. A strong team player with attention to detail will thrive in our fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 18+ with Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely.
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures.
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
