Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to recipe standards, keep prep area clean and safe, and work with the service team to deliver timely meals. Candidates should have 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, be guest-focused, able to work under pressure, and hold a Food Handlers Certification.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure timely, accurate meals.
• Follow all health, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a stocked station.
• Complete opening, mid-day or closing duties.
