THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Line Cook for our Charlotte, NC location to join a fast-paced kitchen focused on precision and consistency. You will be responsible for executing high-quality dishes, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, energetic work environment.

Formación

• Prior line cook or prep cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times.
• Execute menu items with proper technique and timing.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, inventory, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized and maintained.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams for seamless service.
• Adhere to health department sanitation requirements.
