Qualifications

• Passion for real, good food and eagerness to learn culinary skills.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Able to communicate clearly with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains following recipes.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, and other stations.
• Talk to guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients.
• Support team during peak and non-peak service by pitching in as needed.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
