Job summary

Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club in Hardeeville, SC, part of Troon, seeks a full-time Line Cook eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will support production, maintain clean, safe work areas, and help ensure food is prepared to plan.

Pay is $22.00 per hour based on experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience; Food Safety and Sanitation Training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training required or preferred.
• English reading/speaking ability to communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food per production plan.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Alerts chef or supervisor of equipment issues or shortages.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage and rotation of food items.
• Follows safe work practices.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience.
• Performs other duties as required.
