Oldfield Club in Okatie, SC is hiring a Full-Time Line Cook. Earn $20.00 per hour (BOE) in a fast-paced hospitality setting as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities include maintaining food production standards, expediting orders, sanitation, and supporting banquet services. Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience; ServSafe preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Learn and maintain standards in food production and quality.
• Expedite orders in a timely manner.
• Practice operational sanitation to specification.
• Execute scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintain a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Help reduce loss and waste.
• Communicate equipment repair needs to the chef.
• Actively participate in training efforts.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Check and date all deliveries; report variances to the chef in charge.
• Verify coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Process inventory requisitions and receive supplies as necessary.
• Prepare the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets.
• Prepare items in accordance with recipes for consistent product.
