Currahee Club, located in Toccoa, GA, is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook to join Troon, a global leader in golf, hospitality, and community management.

Prepare food for restaurant and banquet operations, follow production plans, and maintain sanitation in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or GED plus 0–3 months related experience; food safety training required. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Prepare sufficient quantities of food in accordance with production plan.
• Utilize whole food products and minimize waste.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Alert supervisor of equipment issues, shortages, or overages.
• Requisition inventory and receive supplies for daily production.
• Ensure proper storage, wrapping, dating, and rotation of food items.
• Perform safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
