Flanigan’s is seeking talented cooks to join our back-of-house team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will prepare menu items according to our recipe manual and ensure proper plate presentation.

The role requires standing all shift, safe handling of hot equipment, and adherence to sanitation standards. Ideal candidates will be able to read recipes, read POS orders, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to read recipes and food labels.
• Pass food safety certification program.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Follows safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Prepares menu items according to recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Ensures rotation and proper stock at par level.
• Assists with prep, stocks stations, and sets up.
• Transports items, assists with deliveries, and closes stations.
• Cleans kitchen area and maintains it during shift.
