Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking passionate cooks to join our back-of-house team and accurately prepare our menu items for guests. You will follow company recipes, maintain station cleanliness, and ensure proper product rotation throughout each shift.

You must be able to stand for long periods, read recipes and orders, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Health benefits and 401K are available.

Competenze

• Must be able to read recipes and food labels.
• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Able to read POS ticket orders and communicate timelines.

Mansioni

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Prepares menu items according to Flanigan’s recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Ensures rotation of all products and stocks to par level to keep kitchen running smoothly.
• Transports items to and from kitchen and assists with loading deliveries.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen area during shift.
• Breaks down and cleans all stations at closing.
• Reads and follows FIFO for product freshness.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Assists with dishwashing and cleaning as needed.
• Completes food safety certification as required by Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
