Flanigan’s is seeking motivated cooks to join our back-of-house team in a fast-paced environment. You will accurately prepare menu items from our recipe manual, maintain proper station setup, and ensure timely service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualified applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, read English, and follow recipes closely. This role offers a stable schedule with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualificações

• Able to read recipes and food labels.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to read POS ticket orders.

Responsabilidades

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
• Prepares menu items according to recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Maintains rotation and par levels to avoid kitchen disruption.
• Assists with prep work and station setup.
• Transports items and assists with deliveries.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen during shift.
• Cleans stations at closing.
