Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef at our Irvine, CA locations. You will prepare food to established recipes, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Love for food with an eye for detail, knowing weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef's guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
