P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Mission Viejo, CA is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef.

Training provided; many shifts available; competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities. Must be 18+, able to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen, and commit to safe food handling practices. Qualifications

• Previous experience not required; training provided.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to learn recipes, weights, measures and portion sizes.
• Excellent customer service and professional etiquette.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping and cleaning as needed.
• Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards.
