P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs.

You’ll prepare items to company specifications and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. No prior kitchen experience required—we train you on the job. You’ll enjoy competitive pay, flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and employee perks, including meals discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—we will train you.
• Food Handler’s Card (where applicable) or we will help you obtain one.
• Love for food with an eye for detail; knowledge of weights and measurements.
• Able to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Setup, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
