Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef in California. You will prepare food according to established recipes, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – training provided.
• Must have a Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Love for food with an eye for detail, including weights, measurements, and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
• Responsible for setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
