P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Anaheim, CA is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chefs. You will prepare food according to recipes and safety guidelines while supporting kitchen operations.

No prior experience required—on-the-job training is provided. You must be at least 18, have a Food Handler's Card where applicable, and be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and multi-task in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Food Handler's Card required where applicable; we will help you obtain one.
• Love for food with an eye for detail, including weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
