Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, full-service environment. You will set up stations, prep food, and cook menu items with the team to ensure high-quality dishes.

Seeking candidates with 2+ years of kitchen experience, strong sanitation knowledge, and fluent English. Indoor/outdoor work, flexible shifts, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of US work eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years related kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of proper food storage and sanitation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good team and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the kitchen.
• Read, measure and execute recipes.
• Read and execute computer tickets for service.
• Maintain menu knowledge and plate presentation.
• Assist Chefs as needed in service.
• Communicate with management and staff to address guest needs.
• Perform opening/closing and cleaning duties.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Report equipment failures and hazards immediately.
