Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; authorization to work in the United States required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain state work cards.
• Minimum of two years related kitchen experience; strong sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods and stock stations for service.
• Read, measure, and execute recipes; manage computer tickets for service.
• Maintain menu knowledge and assist Chefs during service.
• Communicate with management and staff to address guest needs.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards; complete opening/closing duties.
