Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our Back of House team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items with speed and accuracy, set up and stock your station, and read tickets to ensure timely, quality plates for guests.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station throughout service.
• Read and execute tickets accurately while meeting timing standards.
• Plate dishes with consistency and attention to presentation.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety standards.
• Properly label, store, and rotate all food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support teammates and communicate effectively during service.
• Complete closing and cleaning checklists as assigned.
