Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is looking for a Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items with speed and consistency, set up and stock your station, and read tickets to meet timing standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station throughout service.
• Read and execute tickets accurately while meeting timing standards.
• Plate dishes with consistency and attention to presentation.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety standards.
• Properly label, store, and rotate all food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support teammates and communicate effectively during service.
• Complete closing and cleaning checklists as assigned.
