Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Proper lifting techniques and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods.
• Read, measure and execute recipes.
• Read and execute computer tickets for service.
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and plate presentation.
• Assist Chefs as needed in execution of service.
• Communicate with management, chefs and service staff to address issues.
• Complete nightly/weekly opening/closing duties.
• Record and report equipment failures or safety hazards.
