Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a line cook in Laguna Beach, CA. You will set up and stock stations, prepare and cook menu items, and support the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of proper food storage, sanitation and safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations.
• Prepare food for service and cook menu items.
• Read, measure and execute recipes; use computer tickets.
• Maintain menu knowledge and plate presentation.
• Assist chefs and communicate with management and staff.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and complete opening/closing duties.
