Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead to avoid over-preparation.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep temperatures correct.
• Check pars, determine prep, freezer pull and line setup; keep buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to storage with cover/date on perishables.
• Assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste within Crescent standards.
• Operate and clean all listed kitchen equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work shifts as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
