Job summary

Four Winds Casinos is hiring a line cook responsible for mastering every culinary station within the venue. You will monitor food preparation during your shift to ensure line efficiency and consistent kitchen operations.

The role supports Sous-Chef coverage, trims waste, and upholds health and sanitation standards. Qualifications include a culinary degree or equivalent apprenticeship and 2–3 years in related food service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Culinary degree or formal apprenticeship preferred.
• Two to three years related experience.
• Strong organization and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.
• Assists in checking for quality and consistency in the absence of the Sous Chef.
• Inspects refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation.
• Ensures stations are clean and foods are properly covered and stored at shift end.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary area in compliance with health regulations.
• Maintains professional grooming and appearance as a role model.
• Assists guests with special requests and serves as expediter in absence of Sous-Chef.
