Responsibilities include station setup, proper storage, and collaboration with team members to deliver consistent dishes. Experience in a similar role and ServSafe certification are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of kitchen or line cook experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food per established recipes.
• Maintains refrigeration and dry storage areas with proper rotation.
• Ensures stations are clean and foods are properly covered and stored after shift.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area per health regulations.
• Assists with guest requests.
• Runs one or multiple stations.
