Job summary

Responsibilities include food preparation, proper storage, adherence to health regulations, guest assistance, and running one or more stations. Strong organizational skills and ServSafe certification are valued; a Level 4 Gaming License is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to two years experience in a similar position.
• ServSafe certification or ability to become certified.
• Level 4 Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in kitchen preparation per recipes.
• Maintains refrigeration and dry storage with proper product rotation.
• Keeps stations clean; ensures items are covered and stored at shift end.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary area in accordance with health regulations.
• Assists with guest requests.
• Runs a station or multiple stations.
