Job summary

Four Winds Casinos is seeking a dedicated line cook to manage multiple culinary stations and ensure efficient kitchen operation during scheduled shifts in line with established recipes and standards.

The role requires maintaining refrigeration and dry storage, keeping stations clean, and following recipes and health regulations. You will assist guests, operate one or more stations, and contribute to a fun casino atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain.
• Level 4 Gaming License required.
• 1–2 years experience in a similar kitchen position.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food per recipes.
• Maintains refrigeration and dry storage areas with proper rotation.
• Keeps stations clean and food properly covered and stored after shift.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary area in accordance with health regulations.
• Assists with guest requests and runs one or more stations.
