Job summary

Four Winds Casinos is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for achieving standards in basic food preparation and cooking. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and help with storage and stocking to ensure timely service in a busy casino kitchen.

You will handle measuring, tempering, and plating, while keeping all work areas sanitary and compliant with health regulations. Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Level 4 Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food.
• Maintains refrigeration and dry storage areas for proper handling.
• Keeps culinary workstation clean and food properly stored.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Maintains sanitary areas per health regulations.
• Assists with guest requests and with stocking dishes.
• Handles storage and rotation of food products.
• Uses measuring tools and scales for cooking.
