Job summary

Four Winds Casinos are Equal Opportunity Employers is seeking a skilled Cook for a culinary team in our casino kitchen. The role focuses on mastering station prep, following recipes, and maintaining quality and sanitation during a shift.

You will support Sous Chef when needed and ensure efficient line operation. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a kitchen, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably culinary training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred.
• 2–3 years of related kitchen experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes foods per recipes.
• Assists in checking quality and consistency in absence of Sous Chef.
• Inspects refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation.
• Maintains clean, sanitary workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Supports guest requests and acts as expediter when needed.
