Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to uphold our safety, quality, and guest experience. You will prep, cook, and plate items following recipes, maintain station cleanliness, and work with the service team to deliver fresh, timely meals.

You bring at least 6 months of line or prep cook experience, are 18+, have a food handler cert where required, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• Must be 18+ and have a Food Handlers Certification where required.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and vigilant ticketing.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
• Follow health department procedures and proper equipment use.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
