Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Line Cook to prepare delicious dishes and uphold quality standards. You will follow prep and recipe specifications, maintain a clean, safe station, and work closely with the service team to deliver meals on time.

We expect at least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards.
• Helping minimize food waste by proper portions and monitoring tickets.
• Partnering with the service team to ensure food is accurate and delivered fresh.
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked workstation before, during, and after shifts.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
