Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to spec, maintain high safety and sanitation standards, and support a guest-focused dining experience.

You will follow recipes, manage portions, work with the service team to ensure freshness and timely delivery, and help keep the kitchen clean and stocked.

Applicants should have 6 months of line or prep cook experience, be 18+, hold a valid Food Handler certificate, and be ready to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age and Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Adhere to uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with management, teammates and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and accuracy.
• Coordinate with service team to deliver fresh, timely dishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain stocked stations.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
