Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and present dishes according to Grand Casino standards. The role involves following recipes, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting a team across food and beverage outlets.

Two years of kitchen experience are required with preference for Serv-Safe certification and the ability to obtain a GRA license. Opportunities exist within a dynamic, culturally respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of restaurant kitchen production experience.
• Minimum one (1) year cooking experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food per recipes.
• Follow all recipes and production specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area per state health regs.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Work with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, and Associates to run an efficient operation.
