Beau Rivage, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a Cook for Jia, our four-diamond Asian Fusion restaurant in Biloxi. You will work in a high-volume kitchen, preparing intricate dishes and maintaining high standards of presentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a line cook, with fry, sauté, and grill experience, and is at least 18 years old. Flexible scheduling with lunch/dinner coverage and opportunities for growth are offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of culinary experience in a line cook setting.
• Experience on fry, sauté, grill, and other stations.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work swing shifts from 1:00pm to 11:00pm with flexibility.

Mansioni

• Prepare a variety of menu items following set recipes and standards.
• Maintain stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Demonstrate fine dining culinary techniques.
